  • Researchers affiliated with institutions based in South Sudan (e.g., University of Juba)
  • Independent scholars or residents who are citizens of South Sudan
  • Early-career researchers and postgraduate students from South Sudan are strongly encouraged

  2. In the “Comments to the Editor” section, include:

  3. Upload a valid South Sudanese ID proof or institutional affiliation letter for verification.
