Author Guidelines
The International Journal of Future Research and Innovation (IJFRI) is committed to publishing high-quality, original research across multiple disciplines. Authors must follow these submission guidelines.
1. Manuscript Categories
IJFRI accepts the following types of submissions:
β Original Research Articles β In-depth, novel research with significant contributions.
β Review Papers β Comprehensive analyses of existing literature.
β Case Studies β Practical applications of research with real-world relevance.
β Short Communications β Concise reports on breakthrough findings.
β Conceptual Papers β Theoretical perspectives, frameworks, or methodologies.

2. Manuscript Formatting
2.1 File Format & Length
β File Type: Microsoft Word (.docx)
β Word Limit:
- Research Papers: 5,000β8,000 words
- Review Papers: 3,000β5,000 words
- Short Communications: 1,500β3,000 words
- Case Studies & Conceptual Papers: Flexible (3,000-6,000 words)
2.2 Font & Spacing
β Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
β Spacing: Double-spaced
β Margins: 1-inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
2.3 Structure & Sections
Title Page
- Title (concise & informative)
- Full author names & affiliations
- Corresponding authorβs email
Abstract (250β300 words)
- Summary of objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.
- Provide 4-6 relevant keywords for indexing purposes, separated by semicolons.
Main Sections
1οΈβ£ Introduction β Define research objectives and background.
2οΈβ£ Methodology β Detailed explanation of data collection and analysis.
3οΈβ£ Results & Discussion β Presentation of findings with interpretations.
4οΈβ£ Conclusion β Summary of key findings and implications.
References
- Follow APA (7th edition) citation style.
- Include DOI links where available.
3. Figures, Tables & Equations
β Figures & Tables: Number sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 2).
β Equations: Use Microsoft Word Equation Editor and number equations (Eq. 1, Eq. 2).
β Images: Must be high-resolution (300 dpi) in JPEG or PNG format.
4. Ethical Guidelines
β Plagiarism-Free Submissions β Manuscripts must be 100% original with proper citations.
β Authorship Transparency β Only those who significantly contributed should be listed.
β Conflict of Interest Disclosure β Any financial or professional conflicts must be disclosed.
β Human & Animal Research Compliance β Ethical approvals must be stated where applicable.
IJFRI maintains a strict plagiarism policy: Submissions must have a similarity index of 10% or less.
5. Submission Process
β Manuscripts must be submitted via the IJFRI Online Submission System.
β Authors will receive an acknowledgement email upon submission.
β Authors must upload the following files separately:
Title Page (as a separate document): Must include the manuscript title, full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, corresponding authorβs email, ORCID IDs (if available), funding details, and conflict of interest disclosures.β
Main Manuscript (Blinded): This file must be fully anonymized. Do not include author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or any metadata that may reveal author identity. Ensure the file properties are cleared of personal information.
Figures, Tables, or Supplementary Files(if any): May be uploaded separately if needed.
β Peer review takes approximately 2-3 weeks, followed by revisions if required.
6. Peer Review & Publication Process
β IJFRI follows a Double-Blind Peer Review process β both reviewers and authors remain anonymous.
β Authors are responsible for ensuring the manuscript is properly anonymized before submission.
β Detailed feedback is provided to help improve the manuscript quality.
β Accepted papers are published under Open Access, ensuring global visibility and citation.
7. Post-Publication Policies
β Corrections & Retractions: Any errors post-publication must be reported immediately.
β Copyright & Licensing: Authors retain copyright but grant IJFRI non-exclusive publishing rights.
