Ethical Publishing Policy
At the International Journal of Future Research and Innovation (IJFRI), we are committed to publishing high-quality, ethical, and credible research. As a multidisciplinary peer-reviewed journal, we uphold strict academic integrity, transparency, and fairness in all aspects of the publication process.
IJFRI follows internationally recognized ethical standards, including guidelines from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), to ensure that all stakeholders—including authors, reviewers, and editors—adhere to responsible research and publishing practices.
â—† Publication Ethics & Integrity
- Originality & Plagiarism Prevention: All submissions must be original and properly cited. Any form of plagiarism, duplicate submissions, or data manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Authorship & Contribution Transparency: Only those who have substantially contributed to the research should be listed as authors.
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Authors must disclose any financial, professional, or personal conflicts of interest that may affect their research.
- Data Accuracy & Research Validity: All data, results, and methodologies must be presented truthfully and without falsification.
â—† Peer Review Process & Editorial Responsibility
- Fair & Unbiased Review: Manuscripts are reviewed purely on academic merit, with no discrimination based on affiliation, nationality, or other factors.
- Confidentiality: The identities of authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process to ensure impartiality.
- Constructive Feedback: Reviewers provide detailed, objective, and constructive evaluations to help improve the research quality.
â—† Plagiarism & Research Misconduct Policy
- Plagiarism Screening: All manuscripts are checked using plagiarism detection software before peer review. Manuscripts with a similarity index above 10% (excluding references) may be returned for revision or rejected.
- Duplicate & Redundant Publications: Authors must ensure that their manuscript has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.
- Handling Ethical Violations: Any violation of ethical policies, including plagiarism, falsified data, or conflict of interest concealment, will result in manuscript rejection or retraction.
â—† Ethical Guidelines for Human & Animal Research
- Human Research: Authors must obtain informed consent and ensure compliance with institutional and ethical review board guidelines.
- Animal Research: Research must follow international best practices for humane treatment, and appropriate ethical approvals should be obtained.
- Ethical Compliance Statement: All manuscripts involving human or animal studies must include a statement confirming compliance with ethical guidelines.
â—† Open Access & Copyright Policy (Pending Updates)
- Ensure free and unrestricted access to published research for a global audience.
- Protect authors' intellectual property rights while allowing broad dissemination of knowledge.
- Adhere to best practices for academic transparency and accessibility.
Details regarding formal licensing will be updated as IJFRI progresses in its open-access initiatives.

IJFRI is actively working towards indexing in leading academic databases and citation platforms to enhance the visibility and impact of published research. As part of this process, we are aligning with international indexing standards and quality metrics.
Updates on indexing progress will be shared in due course.
â—† Handling Ethical Concerns & Complaints
