Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors must confirm the following:

  1. Originality Confirmation
    This submission is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration by another journal.

  2. Manuscript Format
    The manuscript is in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx) and follows the latest IJFRI Author Guidelines.

  3. Anonymized Manuscript for Peer Review
    The main manuscript file is fully anonymized — it does not contain author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or file metadata that could reveal author identity.

  4. Separate Title Page File
    A separate Title Page has been uploaded, including:

    • Manuscript title

    • Full names of all authors

    • Institutional affiliations

    • Email addresses and ORCID IDs (if available)

    • Funding information and conflict of interest disclosures

  5. Ethical Compliance
    Any applicable ethical approvals or consent statements have been followed. Human/animal studies comply with institutional and national ethical standards.

  6. Reference Style
    All references are formatted using APA 7th edition or the journal’s required citation style.

  7. Figures & Tables
    All figures and tables are appropriately numbered and either embedded in the manuscript or uploaded as separate files.

  8. Author Contributions
    All listed authors have made significant contributions to the manuscript and have approved the final version for submission.

  9. Plagiarism Check
    The manuscript has been checked for plagiarism. A similarity index below 10% (excluding references) is acceptable.

  10. Copyright & Open Access
    I agree to the IJFRI Copyright and Licensing Terms and understand that the journal is open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License.

  11. ORCID ID (Optional)
    ORCID IDs are included for authors where available.
